(Expired) Project Coordinator, Gaming Sales

Omnia is the largest gaming video network globally with over 50M unique visitors per month across its portfolio of owned assets and represented talent. Omnia produces some of the most popular series on YouTube including the 'Sidemen Show' and 'The Squad'. Omnia also represents talent such as the Misfits, Anomaly, and Jameskii while partnering to build the video presence of esports talent like Shroud, Pokimane, and Daequan.


We are looking for a Project Coordinator to work closely with the sales team in managing leads, producing sold branded campaigns, and generating post-sales reports.


  1. Assist the sales team in identifying talent for brand partners and organizing recommendations into proposals
    1. (Importance: 20% / Time: 20%)
  2. Manage the process of sold campaigns for clients, including corresponding with internal teams, notifying talent of brand feedback, and maintaining schedules for delivery.
    1. (Importance: 60% / Time: 60%)
  3. Maintaining records of influencer quotes, contracts and invoices.


  • Updating internal project management system
  • Working closely with Accounting
    • (Importance: 20% / Time: 20%)


  1. Working with the sales team to craft proposals based on inbound requests from clients on marketing initiatives
  2. Maintain history of pricing for talent to generate packages for RFP responses
  3. Source influencers from the network team and identify new talent for future proposals
  4. Create contracts for sold campaigns for both clients and influencers
  5. Assist with invoicing associated with sold projects
  6. Project manage sold campaigns from inception to completion


  1. Expand Omnia Media’s sales team and brand capabilities
  2. Increase efficiency in delivery of campaigns
  3. Develop relationships with out-of-network influencers for potential inclusion in Omnia’s network


  • Oversee a production team within the sales team.
  • Potential for growth for other open positions in different departments across the company.


  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
  • At least 1+ year of digital or influencer project management
  • Ability to effectively evaluate influencer fit for brands and campaigns
  • Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects and requests
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • High attention to detail


  • Excited to have a big impact in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Awareness of influencers across multiple social platforms
  • Comprehensive understanding of the functionality and pros/cons of social platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Knowledge of YouTube policies
  • Enthusiasm to work with the largest gaming talent on YouTube


  • Rate of on-time and on-budget delivery of Branded Integration campaigns
  • Efficiency of RFP sourcing and budgeting
