The Corporate Development team is central to this effort of growth and continual improvement and we seek a talented Corporate Development Assistant Manager/ Manager to be part of this elite team. The role will be highly visible to the core leadership team and will be involved in the most important strategic projects across the company.


  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and Senior Management to develop and oversee strategic projects and drive transformation in alignment with ONE Championship’s direction, mission and vision
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to lead fundraising exercises, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate finance projects
  • Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Commercial, and other functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives
  • Research and make recommendations related to emerging industry trends, expansion opportunities, competitive dynamics, new business lines, business performance measurement and business process improvement
  • Conduct high-quality quantitative and qualitative analysis to aid key strategic and operational decisions
  • Identify investment opportunities and organic growth drivers
  • Identify and refine key business and financial metrics, and develop templates and processes to monitor these metrics
  • Craft and/or conduct strategic presentations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assume any other duties as assigned by the Company


  • 4-5 years of relevant experience (or 2-4 years with MBA)
  • Experience at a startup in a strategy role in addition to experience at a top tier consulting/ investment banking firm will be a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity
  • Organization and multi-tasking skills required to lead and participate in several projects, including anticipating requirements and monitoring workload
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities, judgment, and attention to detail
  • Strong written & verbal communication over email and PowerPoint
  • Strong quantitative excel skills especially in dealing with synthesizing large data sets and modelling various scenarios
