About The Role

We are looking for a thoughtful Sales Director with experience successfully selling media in the video space while leading a team of sellers. You will report to the RVP pf Sales in LA and will focus on the entertainment business while meeting sales goals and mentoring a small team. The Sales Director will be a crucial member of a growing sales team that provides best in class advertising solutions to our clients.

You Will

  • Represent Twitch as an expert to both clients and agencies knowledge
  • Lead a team of sellers to achieve their sales goals
  • Grow ad revenue, and when possible, exceed goals through creative and thoughtful selling
  • Exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Prospect for new business and accounts
  • Focus on initiating and developing relationships with key agencies within the LA market
  • Manage advertiser pipeline to exceed quarterly goals
  • Secure strategic level relationships with senior client contacts within the account list
  • Work collaboratively with the sales teams to uncover best practices and opportunities
  • Consistently report updated sales pipeline in SFDC

You Have:

  • 7+ years with significant experience selling video as a quota-carrying digital ad salesperson with at least 3 years of managing sellers.
  • Demonstrable agency and client relationships in the LA market specifically in entertainment
  • Prior experience leading a team of sellers
