About The Position

You have built a successful sponsorship sales team in the past and are excited to jump into a newly formed entity. You are genuinely curious and will build more brand awareness to your contacts to increase revenue to the Twitch brand on the West Coast. You are looked at as a thoughtful and strategic partner to those you have led and the clients you work with. With both data and learning, you can achieve the goals set forward to you. You have deep relationships with direct clients and key sports and entertainment marketing agencies. You are an educator and influencer .

You are a storyteller and a natural magnet for those you meet to want to learn more about who you are representing. You excel in a startup culture and look for new ways to create value for your clients, the business and your team.

You Will

  • Represent and support developing the Twitch sponsorship sales strategy both internally
  • Develop overall sponsorship sales strategy on West Coast to ensure meeting revenue goals
  • Recruit, lead and motivate a team of sellers to the local team
  • Work closely with important partners across the business globally to identify and execute the sponsorship sales strategy and product development in markets
  • Work collaboratively with key teams internally including , but not limited to, Legal, Business Development, Operations, Marketing and the broader sales group
  • Clearly learn and express the value and benefits of Twitch’s Sponsorship products, custom solutions, audience to clients and agencies
  • Oversee the IP rights, hospitality, events, promotional rights, media and event strategy for clients
  • Work collaboratively with global Sales and Marketing teams to identify key opportunities of sales and opportunity for growth

You Have

  • Bachelor's degree or certificate of completion of studies
  • 10+ years of Sponsorship Sales experience with at least 5 years of experience recruiting and leading a team
  • Deep relationships with marketing media agencies and premium brands
  • Experience packaging innovative ideas and documenting your findings in SFDC
