Andbox is hiring a Brand Partnerships Manager to drive revenue by sharing our story with top brands. Your Role

Under direction of the Head of Partnerships, Andbox’s Brand Partnerships Manager will:

  • Position and share the Andbox brand story in a compelling and informed way to drive new business and generate revenue for ultra compelling opportunities
  • Creatively package our properties, assets and capabilities for maximum growth to effectively prepare and lead new business pitches
  • Commit to a highly operationalized, data-driven and transparent sales process
  • Work assiduously within our sales CRM system and databases
  • Strategically build your sales pipeline and foster strong client and agency relationships by being respected, knowledgeable and relevant to your assigned industries/brands
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to develop creative marketing programs and ensure delivery of successful campaigns

This role will require regular reporting on outcomes and metrics of the above initiatives. We’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, an insatiable curiosity and a drive to tell the Andbox story.

Your Profile

Our I role just might be for you if you:

  • Have an obsessive drive to win, an unrelenting sense of urgency and confident optimism in the face of challenge
  • 3+ years experience in partnerships, business development, client services, sales or sales marketing
  • A deep curiosity, if not familiarity or expertise, for the esports industry
  • Have strong passion combined with expert abilities for presenting and public speaking
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to match your story-telling chops
  • Are comfortable thinking on your feet and changing course fluidly in real time during new business meetings
  • Possess organizational skills that are tip top, enabling you to prioritize demands and meet deadlines while not losing sight of big picture
  • Are OK with some occasional travel.
  • Have proven project management skills, and are patient, level-headed, and cool under pressure. Instead of getting flustered, you’ll dig in and work a problem to discover a creative solution.
