Minimum qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience, with 4 years of experience being in consulting or financial modeling.
  • Experience in the gaming industry
  • Experience analyzing large data sets; proficient with analytical and presentation tools, including spreadsheets (mastering pivot tables, graphs, and functions).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Finance) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment; comfortable dealing with ambiguity
  • Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills; able to persuade through disciplined use of data; comfort distilling complex topics into concise narratives for executive consumption.

As a Financial Analyst, your work, whether it's modeling business scenarios or tracking performance metrics, is used by our leaders to make strategic company decisions. Working on multiple projects at a time, you are focused on the details while finding creative ways to take on big picture challenges.

As someone who knows the workings of the core Finance team inside and out, you'll lead individual projects to transform planning, tracking and control processes. You'll provide senior level management with insightful recommendations, planning and reporting support.

Through the power of Stadia, there is unlimited possibility. As a Financial Analyst, you will be a critical thought partner to the business teams in shaping the long-term direction of Stadia. The primary focus of the role will be partnering on the strategic plan, owning the long-range financial model, driving the annual planning process, and building high profile presentations for executive management, including the CFO. In this role, you will be expected to make recommendations based on ambiguous or incomplete data. You must be an organized, highly motivated individual with an innate entrepreneurial spirit and client-service orientation.
