What does FaZe Clan, Counter Logic Gaming, SteelSeries and the Overwatch League have in common? They were all hiring this week!

Welcome to the 72nd installment of our weekly roundup series, where we can condense the very best esports jobs that we’ve posted in the past week.

We like to think of this as a “best of” Hitmarker feature - after all, we know it can be hard to keep track of everything we post now that we’re regularly pushing over 200 careers a week!

From travelling around the world attending esports events to producing Fortnite video content and streams, we think you’ll enjoy some of the careers in this week’s edition.

Why we love this job:

  • If you have the League of Legends knowledge CLG is looking for, you’ll understand the hype
  • You can directly influence the future of League of Legends talent in NA
  • We’d say scouting for professional gamers is up there with a lot of people’s dream jobs!

What you’ll need to make it yours:

  • Past experience as an analyst for a professional LoL team
  • 2 years of coaching experience in League (preferred)
  • Basic video knowledge to capture gameplay and ideas

Why we love this job:

  • It’s not every day that a job comes along essentially asking for a Fortnite streamer / video producer!
  • Super League Gaming is paying an attractive $25 - $50 an hour
  • The icing on the cake? They submitted it as a Junior level job, so don’t hold back in applying if you have the skills!

What you’ll need to make it yours:

  • Extreme proficiency with Fortnite
  • Knowledge of streaming / producing videos
  • That’s it!

Why we love this job:

  • Elgato is the go-to brand for aspiring and professional streamers alike, so you’ll be able to produce some awesome campaigns here
  • The job is based in Germany, but only English proficiency is asked for!
  • This job is very focused around web content and performance, which is a change of pace from more digital marketing jobs in esports which are all-encompassing

What you’ll need to make it yours:

  • 2 years of experience in digital marketing
  • A solid grasp of how to use content management systems
  • Experience designing effective product pages

Why we love this job:

  • Right at the top of this job description is a pretty exciting mandate - help deliver the Rainbow Six Invitational in 2020!
  • It’s accessible to people with at least 1 year of experience in marketing / events, which is good going in esports
  • You’ll have a top-down view of how Ubisoft’s upcoming esports events will be executed

What you’ll need to make it yours:

  • French and English fluency
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing
  • 1-2 years of experience in esports events, whatever form that comes in

Why we love this job:

  • This a full time observing job in Overwatch. Just let that sink in
  • Just to reiterate, that’s being paid to shape the Overwatch broadcast by deciding what is shown on stream and when
  • It’s said that you’ll work on Overwatch tournaments of all tiers, so this is likely to not be static with just the Overwatch League!

What you’ll need to make it yours:

  • 3 years of experience in tournament broadcasting and production
  • A deep understanding of Overwatch esports and its ecosystem
  • Willingness to travel

Why we love this job:

  • As an esports team manager, you know you’ll be travelling to esports events around the world on a very frequent basis, and for the right person that’s AWESOME!
  • Mousesports is an elite organization, and being involved in their team operations is quite special
