About The Role

As a member of 100 Thieves' Partnerships Team and key contributor to the company you will be relied on to comprehensively build and execute the company's partnerships business in the Midwest and East with the support of the Head of Partnerships and an account management team. This person will be expected to build and direct the company's end-to-end partnerships efforts primarily in CHI and NY, from sourcing and sales through execution and ongoing account management. Leading partnerships in these regions for 100 Thieves is a unique role as it encompasses traditional sports-style team sponsorships, branded content partnerships, media rights licensing, influencer partnerships, and the creation & selling of new assets unique to esports and 100 Thieves. An ideal candidate has extensive experience in the sports & entertainment world and can create innovative packages to leverage everything 100 Thieves has to offer.

We are looking for someone who can structure and execute partnerships that drive significant value for both 100 Thieves and our partners. This is an entrepreneurial role and this leader will be given the autonomy and resources needed to build a world-class partnerships team and business. If successful, this candidate will transform 100 Thieves’ partnerships group into the top esports sponsorship team in the world and drive a $50M+ annual business.


  • 5+ years experience in B2B media or sponsorship sales on Fortune 500 brands
  • Ability to identify and communicate core value propositions to senior executives
  • Deep client direct relationships across designated territory in key verticals marketing to young men
  • Self-sufficient individual who can work independently and handle projects and responsibilities on their own from start to finish
  • Ability to manage the comprehensive sales process: identify, prioritize, and close potential partners
  • Creative leader who can manufacture win-win solutions for 100 Thieves and our partners
  • Deep understanding of digital media and branded content partnerships required
  • Knowledge of sports, gaming, esports, and influencers strongly preferred
  • Results-driven leader who can outperform the sales competition from rival teams and leagues
  • Desire to work at a fast-growing and fast-paced startup

  • Oversee all elements of 100 Thieves partnerships in Midwest and East regions, including but not limited to sales and account management
  • Align and manage 100 Thieves’ external sales teams
  • Drive the entire sales process – from sourcing to deal close to fulfillment & reporting
  • Collaborate closely with our players, personalities, and content team to create unique branded content concepts for potential partners
  • Manage Account Management and Content teams to ensure timely delivery of sold assets
