We’re looking for an exceptional Recruiting/People Services Coordinator who will be responsible for delivering high quality HR support both face-to-face and through our systems with a main focus on recruiting coordination. You are a true people-person who takes pride in helping others.

Your role within Activision Blizzard Media

  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews and assessments, ad-hoc external job board management, organizing interviewee travel and expenses and supporting recruitment events, as well as meeting interviewees when they arrive at the office.
  • Contract creation through, day one paperwork requirements, and meet and greet to help our new starters settle in and get started.
  • Maintain all people records, as well as ensure accurate and timely delivery of data to the Payroll team, and for relevant Government/Legal Compliance requirements - such as employment verification letters, contract amendments and secondment confirmations.
  • Ensuring that queries raised locally are addressed efficiently.


  • You will be task-oriented and have a strong attention to detail, even when completing repetitive tasks. You have the ability to handle high volumes of requests in a fast paced, constantly changing business. You should anticipate problems, prioritize and be proactive every day. Candidates should be able to demonstrate excellent time management skills.
  • We’re looking for a results oriented person who pays attention to detail. You have to be very structured and able to assist in handling high volumes of work.
  • Worked with recruitment or HR data systems, inputting data and maintaining systems, preferably within a fast-moving company.
  • Driven by results and execution focused, passionate about continuously completing tasks and have a methodical approach even when working under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You’ll appreciate and understand the need for confidentiality in dealing with any people related activities.
  • Excellent IT skills - particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Whilst it is important to be fluent in English (the CV and application for this position should be in English) other languages may be beneficial. Comfortable to work within a global team that sits in offices with different time zones.
