Responsibilities:

The Branded Integrations Manager responsibilities include assisting Sales with various duties and efforts in executing the digital campaign. Duties and efforts will include but are not limited to, booking orders, requesting and testing creative assets, coordinating and distributing campaign performance reports to internal stakeholders, collecting and distributing screenshots, general campaign assistance, and standard campaign management as determined by the business unit.

  • Accountable for the overall success of Ader's campaigns
  • Oversee building strategies, success metrics, and introduce new success metrics
  • Support training in all aspects of planning and audience reporting, use of research tools, as well as the development of writing and presentation skills
  • Liaise between the account management team and other key internal groups on each account (account management, research/analytics, operations) to ensure client needs are being met
  • Knowledge of offline and online space; strong understanding of the relationship between brand, media, and consumer
  • Well versed in the influencer marketing space or strong interest in the gaming industry
  • Working knowledge of online performance tracking and brand measurement tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, detail oriented with attention to schedules and timelines and maintenance of records and materials
  • A self-starter who loves collaboration and is open to feedback, comfortable working independently as well as influencing cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years experience working in digital, online or advertising environment required
  • Experience managing and coordinating projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment, creating organization and processes where none may already exist
  • Knowledgeable of all major social platforms (Twitch, Mixer, Steam, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube)
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in the gaming realm
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Salary DOE

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer service or sales environment
  • Effective project management skills with proven ability to work with various groups to reach a common goal
  • Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines, with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to cultivate sales and client relationships
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to execute on shared tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated
