Responsibilities:

Ader is looking for a Talent Manager to help lead our exclusive talent relationships with key clients in the gaming, esports, and the mobile space. You will act as the liaison between talent and brands, ensuring that the appropriate talent is contracted to create compelling branded content that fits the brand’s needs. You have experience managing talent in the gaming industry or have managed top tier Twitch and YouTube personalities. You have a track record of success in talent relations, with a flexible, creative, and forward thinking approach. You will:

  • Provide experienced feedback and knowledge to creators on optimization and channel strategy
  • Develop and improve relationships with in-house creators and ensure your Talent have exactly what they need
  • Build ongoing development programs for Talent to develop growth
  • Identify, pitch, and implement significant monetization opportunities
  • Promote Ader's network in the industry and cultivate an inviting environment for new talent
  • Facilitate contract drafting and execution
  • Recommend and suggest Talent pairings with campaigns
  • Developing talent recommendations for brands that fit brand requirements and aesthetics
  • Troubleshoot talent issues, and leverage talent.
  • Work with talent to seek out major third-party opportunities that compliment and/or enhance the company’s internal commerce and ad sales initiatives.
  • Research and assess growth and trends within the Twitch and YouTube landscape
  • Work to introduce efficiencies and best practices across the Talent Management team
  • Serve as a positive leader and role model with a strong work ethic and vigorously review all work to ensure high-quality standard

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing and coordinating projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment, creating organization and processes where none may already exist
  • Knowledgeable of all major social platforms (Twitch, Mixer, Steam, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and innovations in the gaming realm
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Salary DOE

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer service or sales environment
  • Effective project management skills with proven ability to work with various groups to reach a common goal
  • Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines, with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to cultivate sales and client relationships
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to execute on shared tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
