Ader, Inc is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Talent Manager who has a strong relationship within Gaming and the Entertainment Industry. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of the streamer and Youtube landscape - both how the sponsorship business works and how to recruit new talent.

You will interact with talent daily and are expected to act professionally, always representing the Ader team in a positive light. This role will report directly to the CEO & Head of Talent Management and will support them in all talent relations matters as it pertains to identifying and activating on varying brand campaigns.


  • Manage our extensive network of Twitch and YT talent, including but not limited to;
    • handle the CRM spreadsheets of all of our talent
    • track incoming deals for all talent
    • track payment schedules for all talent
    • track long term growth goals for talent
  • Talent discovery across the Twitch & Youtube ecosystems
  • Draft potential talent lists for brand campaigns in an effort to support the Marketing team whenever needed
  • Maintain internal talent documents to reference in responding to the larger team members requests
  • Manage relationships with professional Esports Teams
  • Assist the Head of Talent Management in all talent relations matters as they see fit. This could include everything from negotiating contracts with lawyers and Account Managers to managing brand ambassadors/streamers to help grow their channels.
  • Manage day to day outreach within Ader & the Account Management team
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Can operate in a fast-paced environment balancing a wider variety of requests
  • Ability to identify & communicate talent solutions across multiple campaigns
  • Proactive with figuring out solutions to process
  • Highly organized with handling a heavy workload of constantly shifting priorities
  • Strong understanding of all social media platforms (and a heavy user themselves)
  • 1-3 years previous, relevant work experience in the Digital/Esports/Twitch space
  • Proficiency in Salesforce & Microsoft Office
  • Please Expect to work weekends for activations.
