Games have the power to connect communities at a massive scale, and this role will delve into these communities, linking these communities to Amazon’s broader ecosystem through content that is all about the gamers.

Twitch Prime is seeking a scrappy, strategic and highly-analytical individual to manage our paid media channels. The position is responsible for the strategy and execution of day-to-day operations of paid search, social and display campaigns. Successful candidates will possess a deep understanding of paid media and will be able to drive our growth in this channel. The ideal candidate has a strong ‘roll up your sleeves’ mentality and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment driving short-term gains while building towards long-term success.


  • Setup and scale performance Paid campaigns across search, social and display ad networks, and maximize ROI of these campaigns.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all online media channels including paid search, display, video and social
  • Drive strategy and day-to-day operations of paid channel to drive acquisition efforts for the business
  • Utilize bid management platforms to drive overall efficiency while identifying growth opportunities
  • Monitor and report on core KPIs including impression share, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, CPA and others
  • Build and monitor mechanisms to continually identify opportunities to drive measurable improvements for ad copy, keyword research, bid management and A/B testing.


  • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience
  • 4+ years of experience with third-party ad delivery technology (Marin, DoubleClick), Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEM tools (SEMRush, SEO Clarity)
  • Bachelor's degree in related field


  • Demonstrated ability to own and drive the paid channel; proven results in traffic increases while maintaining efficiency goals
  • Excel skills to drive analytical decision using data
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use metrics to build and back up plans
  • Multi-tasker who is well organized, with impeccable written and oral presentation skills
  • Detail oriented with strong attention to follow through
  • An MBA or other advanced degree
  • Experience in the video game industry
  • Proficiency in using SQL to get needed data to drive business and marketing decisions
  • Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role.
  • Meets/exceeds Amazon’s functional/technical depth and complexity for this role.
