Marketing Manager

We are currently looking for someone to join our Balkans office as a leader of our marketing team.

Reporting to the Country Head , the Marketing Manager will play a key role in growing the ASUS brand strategy and advertising plan in the Balkans Region. He/she will be tasked with managing the marketing communications initiatives that support ASUS Regional marketing strategy, build the brand, engage consumers, and provide an exceptional customer experience in the consumer market. He/she will be responsible for the execution of marketing initiatives including integrated marketing campaigns, traditional advertising (broadcast/print/out-of-home) and digital advertising creative, experiential marketing, influencer marketing, and corporate sponsorship & events, including eSports events.

  • Represent Company’s image, the Brand and it’s position within the market.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team and co-ordinate the marketing and sales activities execution.
  • Develop the marketing plans for the market in accordance to the company objectives and strategy. Plan and track marketing budget efficiently and effectively to maximize usage of funding.
  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns and out of the box solutions for sales campaigns.
  • Work closely with our vendors and customers.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
  • Analyze and dig for new strategic partnerships for company marketing.


  • University degree.
  • At least 5 years working experience in marketing and leadership.
  • Thorough understanding of established and emerging advertising mediums including traditional (broadcast/print/out-of-home), online (paid/earned/owned), social media, experiential, and partnership & events
  • Ability to adapt to a demanding, rapidly changing work environment and to handle numerous duties, manage budgets, balance ongoing requests, set priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Flawless written and spoken English.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Confident and dynamic personality, team player.
  • Positive, results-oriented attitude and attention to detail, a creative eye and comfort with subjectivity, as well as a structured approach to analysis
  • Driving license.
