Our company is looking for a self-motivated, attentive professional to join our team in a hybrid role as a Hospitality & Office Manager.

The ideal candidate is extremely passionate about providing an unforgettable experience to all of our guests, continuously strives to improve upon existing practices and takes great pride in creating an amazing atmosphere for players, talent and staff alike.

RESPONSIBILITIES

HOSPITALITY MANAGER

  • Constantly innovate and go above and beyond to ensure an excellent player, talent & fan experience
  • Manage and oversee the logistics of events for staff, players and guests
  • Booking of flights & other transportation
  • Booking of hotels & other accommodations
  • Food & beverage services to staff
  • Maintain logistics budget
  • Select, manage and oversee a team of contractors on the execution of logistics & hospitality for events
  • Collaborate with other teams at the company to meet their logistics & hospitality needs
  • Attend all major BTS events to ensure proper on-site execution
  • Develop and improve standard operating procedures

OFFICE MANAGER

  • Ordering and restocking of all snacks, drinks and supplies
  • Janitorial oversight and communication
  • Proactive quality of life improvements
  • General errands as needed
  • General office cleanliness
  • Pickup, dropoff and shipping of mail and packages
  • HVAC coordination
  • Alarm first point of contact & security code management

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Positive, friendly, and helpful personality
  • Possesses an outstanding aptitude for customer service
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Great attention to detail
  • Prior hospitality, event, or customer service experience is preferred
