Our company is looking for a passionate, fashion-savvy Merchandise Coordinator to oversee our event and brand merchandise operations and take them to the next level. An eye for streetwear and design and excellent organizational skills are a must, as are strong communication skills and a marketing background.

The ideal candidate is a hybrid artist and project manager. You should possess great attention to detail, creativity, ability to consistently hit deadlines under pressure, and strong multi-tasking skills.

Beyond the Summit is a small, agile company, and you may be expected to assist with a variety of other responsibilities outside of those detailed below.


  • Own the merchandise process from initial ideation through final delivery of merchandise to customer
  • Design + Art
    • Concept and create new styles, products, and cuts for BTS brand and event-based merch
    • Draw and create artwork, iterate, and finalize art for shop
    • Keep up with industry, streetwear, and fashion trends, colors, materials, and brands
    • Research community artists and contract them for design ideas for applicable events
  • E-Commerce + Marketing
    • Develop and maintain the BTS online storefront and regularly refresh with new products
    • Create, refine, and execute strategy for merchandise sales and marketing
    • Analyze sales data to understand trends and hone strategy
    • Research best shop and fulfillment methods and QA all merchandise
    • Collaborate with design and social media team to link BTS store on website and all social media
  • Event Fulfillment / Project Management
    • Schedule and fulfill all merchandise orders for BTS events and staff
    • Design, order, and install physical branding for BTS events
    • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate merchandise into event
    • Set and deliver on event timelines for all aspects of merchandise process

  • Deep knowledge of esports and gaming
  • Strong networking skills and ability to research and get to know new communities
