  • Manage our overall entertainment partnerships strategy leveraging internal data, industry trends, and social media insights.
  • Grow relationships and expand opportunities with existing entertainment partners on our platforms.
  • Build, manage and grow top-performing and highest potential partner relationships with media, entertainment, and gaming verticals, including supporting or resolving business and operational issues.
  • Develop the internal cross-functional strategy to evolve our partnerships along with marketing, user growth, media strategy, and content operations stakeholders.
  • Work with relevant internal teams to ensure that Bytedance utilizes input in relevant product, marketing, and policy decisions.


  • Degree in business administration, marketing, or communications; MBA a plus.
  • 5-7 years entertainment experience working at a platform, social media, entertainment, or similar company.
  • Gaming/eSports experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience negotiating and executing complex licensing agreements for content distribution, IP rights management, or branded entertainment campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience in executing high impact marketing and/or audience development campaigns leveraging talent, social influencers, or creators.
  • Experience working in a fast-changing, hands-on work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working across time zones and geography preferred.
