We've created three essential products. One that simplifies and enhances the viewing experience for fans. Another that analyses and monitors data to inform brands, esports teams and streamers. And finally, one that creates outstanding content that speaks to gaming audiences.

We’re a small team who all share the same passion for the gaming industry and the products we’ve created, and we’re looking for an equally passionate person who can help drive our marketing and communications plan forward. You will be part of a 6 person in-house team with the opportunity for professional development as our team grows.

The Role

You’re a talented content creator who’s able to think creatively and strategically to develop engaging content, but you’d still be happy to roll up your sleeves and use your generalist marketing skills to help bring our marketing plan to life.

As a driven self-starter, you’re capable of initiating projects on your own and can work autonomously, but you also understand the importance of collaborating with the wider team.


  • Managing the social presence of Checkpoint group of companies
  • Liaising with Checkpoint technical and influencer partners
  • Analysing and interpreting data in interesting ways
  • Designing and producing content for digital and print
  • Writing long-form and web copy
  • Working with sales and product teams on reports and presentations

Key skills and experience

  • Interest in gaming and interactive entertainment
  • Work experience in a communication or marketing role, ideally within tech or gaming
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven presentation and planning capabilities
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud suite of products
  • Have a great eye for detail and design
  • Experience coordinating a broad range of marketing activities, and managing external freelance and agency resources
  • Knowledge of contemporary B2B & B2C marketing principles
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment
  • Assisting in planning and promoting events and building relationships with partners
  • Fluent in English
