We’re looking for a events coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute live events for CSL. This includes managing logistics, ensuring deliverables are met by any third party hosts, and more. CSL hosts various live events throughout the year: ranging from on-campus events in conjunction with esports clubs to larger events such as the CSL Finals.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Community Manager to plan CSL’s live event schedule for the school year: including self-operated events, co-hosted events, and CSL’s Finals
  • Create a comprehensive event checklist to be used and filled out by any on-the-ground operator that ensures a consistent level of quality across all events
  • Create a list of deliverables and requirements to ensure that all CSL and partner obligations are met
  • Inventory all gear, swag, and other physical items that are used in live events including handling all logistics related to the delivery and return of items to and from events
  • Attend live events where needed in a front-facing capacity


  • Knowledge of games that CSL hosts leagues for, especially their respective communities
  • Detail oriented and persistent, seriously!
  • College degree; emphasis in marketing or business a plus
  • Event management experience
  • Experience with collegiate gaming events is a huge plus


  • This job is located in Los Angeles


  • This is a full time entry level position
