Description

General Purpose:

  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding targets and growth plans for Memory across Europe
  • Define regional growth plan and objectives to increase market share and revenue.
  • Work closely with the EU Sales team to ensure a co-ordinated and effective business development approach.Maintain high level of relationship and motivation for the Corsair brand within the EU Sales team and Customers.
  • Identify business opportunities and problems for channel marketing.Provide tactical market insight on regular basis for channel marketing.

Responsibilities and Expectations :

  • Track performance against the Annual Operating Plan.
  • Drive Corsairs tactical needs for the Memory business unit, both internally and externally across Europe.
  • Develop business development plan to focus on the right opportunities.
  • Be able to measure performance and tactical needs accurately weekly / monthly / quarterly.
  • Identify any weaknesses quickly and create a plan to correct with the sales team and channel marketing.
  • Provide regular market insight to channel marketing.
  • Ensure pro-active sales focus to the Europe sales team to maintain tactical growth.
  • Build strong relationships with sales and customers, Visit customer locations frequently.
  • Motivate the Corsair sales team to maximize their business drive and results.
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet Corsair’s core values.

Essential Skills and Experience :

  • Must be enthusiastic and dependable
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain Management, Account Management
  • Intermediate experience working with MS Office Suite; proficient in Excel (creating charts, pivot tables, lookup, formulas) is a preference.
  • Experience and technical knowledge of the PC Gaming or PC Hardware market preferred
  • Experience within Europe and Memory / GPU / Storage business is desirable
  • Possesses a passion for technology and is proactive in staying current on the latest products to market
  • Well organized, process driven with ability to multitask fast and efficiently
  • Ability to prioritise and demonstrate attention to detail with great accuracy
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Ability to articulate a point of view and negotiate
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Willing to travel and work flexible hours
