The sales team is the face of Corsair, a leader in PC Gaming Peripherals and PC Components based in the Bay Area

The business development manager is responsible for developing an end to end process for refurbished products (RF) including analysis on cost recovery, managing the RF pipeline, prospecting and engaging with new B2B accounts and developing refurbished sales channels. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging with key decision makers, pre-sales qualification including legal and business term reviews and negotiation, leading discussions on assortment strategy, forecasting and executing on the plan.

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Analyze and drive the RF process inside Corsair and align with key stakeholders on cashflow and cost recovery
  • Engage and assist new accounts to help develop their PC Gaming and components strategy
  • Drive and build relationships with customers, understand and document their business models, competitive threats and influence key decision makers to drive assortment and consideration of Corsair products in the B2B space
  • Review, understand and negotiate legal and business terms on key stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Lead cross functional teams to build out actionable pricing and assortment strategy for targeted customers
  • Project manage customer onboarding timeline

The position will reports to the Director of Sales, North America

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience selling hard lines into retailers
  • Strong analytical and data manipulation skills. Expert command of spreadsheets is essential.
  • Strong communication skills will be needed in this high-profile position
  • Time management and independent prioritization will be essential
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, problem solver understanding of gaming industry dynamics and key players
