General Purpose

  • Manage overall SE Asia Business and finding new business opportunities
  • Responsible for business development and exceeding targets and growth plans for CORSAIR’s market share in SE Asia
  • Create and execute sales plans with national retailers, SIs and IT channel resellers
  • Manage distribution strategy with the focus to grow business with the top SIs/resellers
  • Manage sell in/sell out performance and manage inventory in the region
  • Grow online business to compliment existing Corsair business
  • Build and maintain relationships with business and industry partners

Position Summary, Responsibilities And Expectations

  • Support and work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process
  • Working with marketing and PR/influencer to drive programs and local events
  • Work to find new sales leads, through business directories, client referrals, etc.
  • Responsible for achievement of targeted volume and revenue
  • Preparing presentations, weekly reports of revenue forecasts and sellout and price quotations, measure performance accurately weekly / monthly / quarterly
  • Attending and participating in internal sales meetings, annual sales conference and trade shows
  • Manage demand generation plans with accounts via promotion, marketing, forums, placement, merchandising
  • Build run rates and forecast stock levels closely within all accounts to ensure maximum sales potential
  • Ensure that customers have a strong understanding of CORSAIR’s products and objectives
  • Maintain regular competitive pricing analysis of top sellers and highlight concerns to the channel marketing team and local sales manager
  • Focus on strategic direction - understand the overall CORSAIR strategic direction and portfolio, assist marketing team in defining new and better products based on local requirements
  • Possess customer-centric skills and ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet CORSAIR’s core values

Essential Skills And Experience

  • 7+ years industry experience in SE Asia with a proven sales track record, including knowledge of processes and procedures
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is a plus
  • Knowledge of PC DIY or consumer electronics maker preferred
  • Ability to manager channel with multiple partners
  • Ability to work with wide range of people at decision making level
  • Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Plus two other regional sales managers for Indonesia and the Philippines respectively
