General Purpose:

The Retail Account manager is responsible for sales into named North America brick and mortar retail accounts. The individual will be responsible for articulating and driving both the assortment and the category management strategy across the broad product portfolio that aligns with the Corsair corporate marketing strategy.

  • Driving revenue / sales of products
  • Negotiate account asks
  • Develop and manage an advertising and merchandising budget
  • Lead cross functional teams to execute on merchandising vision
  • Aligning and driving account forecasts with sales goals
  • Communicating sales progress internally
  • Manage executive level relationships and partnerships at the customer organization

The position will reports to the Director Of Sales, North America

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 8+ years of sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics / gaming with National Retail
  • Strong analytical and data manipulation skills. Expert command of spreadsheets is essential.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Time management and independent prioritization will be essential
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, problem solver
  • Understanding of gaming industry dynamics and key players
