The Team and Business Operations Administrator is responsible for managerial duties of all competitors within Counter Logic Gaming. On the team side, the administrator will manage logistics, events, travel, and operations for all esports teams and players. On the business side, the administrator will manage activities related to the day-to-day operations of the corporate staff. This role will collaborate with all departments across CLG to ensure that the players are equipped to perform their best and the corporate staff is able to operate efficiently.

Specific Functions/Activities Summary

Team Operations

  • Handle all logistical and operational requests related to CLG esports teams in a timely manner.
  • Quickly process and execute solutions related to travel, team events, content requests and team administration.
  • Create systems to manage each team proactively. Assure teams have adequate equipment and resources to compete effectively.
  • Manage onboarding and departure of players (such as equipment, logistics, and merchandise).

Business Operations

  • Communicate information across departments within CLG.
  • Serve as point of contact for CLG leases and other vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and company events.
  • Handle a wide variety of situations and tasks involving the clerical and administrative functions of the corporate staff.
  • Assist staff in special projects as needed.


  • Experience in an administrative setting, overseeing administrative duties for a business for at least one year.
  • Knowledge of esports titles.
  • Experience working with confidential information and maintaining information in confidence.
  • Able to quickly process instructions and accurately execute them. Able to take good notes and create the results asked.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, attention to detail and time management skills required
  • Able to travel nationally and internationally as needed within reason.
  • Able to respond effectively and quickly to incoming team-related requests. This role is required to work nights and weekends as needed.
