Our in-house Brand and Marketing team on Total War are looking for Influencer Programs Manager to join them as they continue to grow.

The Influencer Programs Manager will develop and implement strategies that will improve the engagement and stability of our influencer ecosystem across all Total War titles.

They will collaborate with our brand, community and content teams to create and deliver the tools, opportunities and promotion that will elevate our existing creators and attract new interest from strategic segments. Balancing marketing priorities with creator needs, they’ll offer proactive and creative solutions ranging from assets and tools to tournaments and events.

This role offers a great deal of complexity, creativity and freedom to a candidate with a deep understanding of the games industry and the role of influencers within it. The ideal candidate will thrive while supporting the success of others, using a keen mix of creative and strategic thinking to build, support, and grow the Total War army.

Key Responsibilities

As Influencer Programs Manager, you will design and implement brand-wide engagement strategies leveraging Total War content creators in support of our brand, content, and community objectives. You will grow and nurture the Total War talent pool, investing strategically ensuring we’re speaking to all segments of our diverse, global audience of players.

In this role, you will coordinate with stakeholders across multiple teams to ensure consistent promotional support for creators, optimising our programs for the best reception and results. You will elevate our brand campaigns by generating unique opportunities to showcase our creators and our games, leading from concept through execution.

You will work across various teams to track, review, and communicate results while optimising our creator programs and support on an ongoing basis. Drawing on a deep understanding of our titles and the wider strategy genre, you will be using your passion for games to inform your work and improve our results.

The Brand Team at CA is a flexible and varied team, ready to take on any duties or problems that come their way. As a member of our team, you could be required to take part in any related marketing, community or PR activity and will be closely aligned to the day-to-day and on-going success of our marketing plans.

Knowledge, Skill and Experience


  • Experience in influencer and/or community management, content creation, or esports
  • Deep understanding of the Total War series and the strategy genre at large
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to self-manage
  • Willingness and availability to travel


  • Education or experience in a relevant field such as PR or marketing
  • A natural connector, bringing people together to make things happen
  • Experience in client or stakeholder management
  • Strategic and creative thinking
