We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our growing team in Los Angeles to work with an existing relationship with one of our top-tier clients.   • Work in a collaborative manner with all Damage account teams to ensure seamless project delivery against the client’s objectives and agreed upon budget
  • Responsible for ensuring that projects are correctly budgeted for and meet expected financial targets
  • Provide leadership and guidance on deliverables to ensure best practices with project management
  • Develop full knowledge of all factors (internal and external/market) affecting the Client's marketing goals and plans as well as full knowledge of the client's current marketing situation
  • Participate in the development and agreement of measurement/success criteria for plan and program evaluation ensuring objectives and measurement benchmarks are clearly defined, then analyze plan & program performance against key success metrics(ROI, revenue etc.) and identify pertinent marketing implications
  • Accountable as a day-to-day contact for clients, with exceptional, proactive communication and organization skills
  • Lead development of an ongoing communication strategy and publishing calendar/timeline based on identifying marketing objectives
  • Responsible for keeping extensive and organized notes and records for clear, timely, and regular external and internal reporting on project statuses and pacing against projected KPIs
  • Knowledge of all client brand guidelines (legal, privacy, content, etc.) and ensure that all guidelines are adhered to
  • Define opportunities for brand integration on and offline
  • Communicate frequently with brand and partner agencies, managing client requests and exceeding expectations
  • Proactively research and stay up to date on emerging tech/social media platforms, tools and techniques for cross platform marketing, and emerging advertising tools and platforms
  • Accountable to handle multiple project assignments within tight deadlines and see a project through from start to finish with minimal guidance
  • Demonstrated experience defining project scopes, timelines and budgets in close collaboration with project teams
  • Strong experience tracking and reporting on progress against schedules and budgets
  • Working with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure adherence to project scopes
  • Experience collaborating with creative and technical teams
  • Ability to interact with business managers
  • Ability to produce projects on time and on budget


  • Bachelor's degree from a four year college/university
  • 2+ years of project management experience at a marketing-related agency
  • Strong creative talent and problem-solving skills
  • Must balance high-priority, long-term projects with short-term, immediate deadlines
  • The ability to anticipate needs
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast paced, rapidly-changing entrepreneurial environment
  • Confidence and skill handling clients in person and on the phone
  • Excellent proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Docs
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 /year


  • Project Management: 3 years (Preferred)
