Epic Games is looking for a Technical Operations Manager to strengthen both our internal tools as well as current workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong initiative, sound judgment, excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a broad range of individuals and groups, internally and externally. Responsibilities:

  • Identifying current gaps and working with development teams and tools engineers to build needed player support tools
  • Working within CRMs, and making recommendations as needed for change and/or development
  • Utilizing metrics and analyzing data to assess if Player Support tools and methods are effective
  • Using collected data info to streamline the Player Support process with focus on reducing player pain points, tickets and rapid first response time
  • Defining Player journey and process flow and supervising daily operations to deliver superior service to all Epic Players

Qualifications:

  • Ability to understand the dynamics of new features and player needs.
  • Experience identifying proprietary or off-the-shelf tools to increase efficiency
  • Workflow improvement experience
  • Practical application of workflow improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, etc)
  • Experience handling complex customer support areas
  • Proven track record in process efficiency improvement
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, sound judgment, and excellent multi-tasking and time management abilities
  • Understanding that our players are the most important customer
