At Epic Games, we thrive from the collective effort of smart, talented, passionate people choosing to build the highest quality experiences possible for those who play our games and use our technology. The words “good enough” are not spoken here. That dedication has allowed us to remain an industry leader, take risks, be creative, and carve our own path forward.

This role sits within the Creator Relations team, focusing on building and operating the Support-a-Creator program. The perfect candidate is capable of simultaneously handling internal and external stakeholders, holistically managing cross-disciplinary projects, and operating a large global affiliate network. You’re extremely organized and detail oriented. You love a well designed system - from the data to the finances to the people involved. You’re experienced in operating at a global scale. You’re at ease with full stack engineers and product marketers, devs and finance folks, legal teams and player support agents. The idea of operating an always-on network is thrilling - not intimidating. You know a thing or two about organizing at scale, and you’re passionate about the possibilities that Support-a-Creator offers. If you’d like to be part of building a global games community we’d love to hear from you. Please submit your resume with a portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Tackling all Support-a-Creator issues, in collaboration with the Creator Relations Team, Player Support, Finance, Tech, Legal and various Global teams
  • Working with the Associate Direct of Creator Relations to develop the next strategic steps for the program
  • Acting as the publishing team’s liaison between Player Support, Finance and all Fortnite game teams on all things Support-a-Creator operations
  • Organizing existing Support-a-Creator program documentation and building out new systems where there are gaps
  • Working with key stakeholders across Epic to create a holistic operational approach for the program

Qualifications:

  • Experience operating global, large scale online programs and communities
  • Technical and organizational skills that rival Tony Stark’s Jarvis
  • History of working with gaming influencers
  • Understanding of the Fortnite influencer ecosystem

This is going to be Epic!
