Job Description

The Digital Campaigns Manager is responsible for implementing and monitoring the company's Social Media and Digital Marketing strategies with clear goals of; generating brand awareness, increasing engagement and providing high level reporting of the company’s performance. They will work closely with the Marketing and Communication Manager to plan, pitch and execute on business in the Digital Marketing space for ESL UK.

The role will be a Full-Time Temporary, 1 year contract that will be based in the ESL UK office in Leicester.

Your future responsibilities

  • Collaborate on content strategies setting short-term and long-term KPIs
  • Work with internal departments locally and globally on social media content for products whilst adhering to brand voice with high-quality output for our owned & operated products brand and partners
  • Manage social media content calendar, execute tasks and ensure deadlines are met
  • Identify reactive, relevant content topics for ad-hoc output on a regular basis with the team
  • Working with the marketing department on ideation of content strategies & campaigns
  • Implement and oversee the social media customer service
  • Monitoring and analysing of relevant social channel data, adapting strategies as appropriate
  • Constantly evaluate community reaction to social content and campaigns
  • Generate reports and present them

Your Profile

Must-have:

  • At least 2 years experience of running corporate social media channels and campaigns on; Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & Twitch and more.
  • Proven track record of delivering a variety of social media campaigns such as video or live event coverage and more.
  • Experience of delivering projects on time and to budget.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with a hunger to understand what resonates with audiences.
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite Applications, in particular must have experience of using Photoshop and Premiere Pro.

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of web publishing requirements
  • Ability to learn new Adobe Suite Applications such as After Effects
  • Hands on experience with converting content ideas into finished products
  • A strong aspiration to adapt and learn new skill sets
  • Degree educated in Marketing/Journalism or another relevant field
