Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Product Operations Manager to help us operate the best mobile and PC gaming platform in India that will run competitive eSports tournament for games like PUBG mobile.

You will:

  • Supervise event logistics with any official FirstBlood eSports programs targeting semi-pro and amateur players and/or teams
  • Maintain relationships with all semi-pro and amateur organizations in the eSports ecosystem
  • Create a regional event strategy of community and collegiate events
  • Ensure all FirstBlood’s tournaments are running smoothly and at the max capacity
  • Evaluate bids from third-party organizers and select partners for outsourcing collegiate esports programs
  • Set up evaluation criteria and processes to review and approve event proposals from third-parties and brands
  • Lead the production planning of large scale events including concept design, budgeting, vendor selection and integration in to other departments
  • Oversee on-site management of all personnel and vendors from setup through production and breakdown
  • Work to ensure brand values from design briefings are instituted through all creative elements
  • Organize teams efforts for efficiency and quality to bring to life all live performance and physical aspects of our teams content and experiential vision
  • Oversight of all event operations including staff, vendors, schedules, meetings, broadcast and other core functions
  • Focus on innovation, by developing programs and activations to surprise and delight the community at each event
  • Work with the sales organization to ensure that all sponsorship obligations are integrated flawlessly to the event
  • Maintain budget from pre-production through project completion and ensure all cost tracking is completed post event
  • Managing contracts, receipts, invoices and all other event materials
  • Select and manage external agencies and ancillary vendors
  • Meet and exceed agreed upon key performance indicators for each event
  • Help shape Esports events as a senior voice and guiding hand to determine the how of our projects all over the globe
  • Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in an effort to constantly raise the quality of shows and events

What we are looking for:

  • 3 year of sales and Business Development and/or Marketing experience
  • Prior experience in the gaming and esports industry
  • Extensive network covering gaming, esports, media and technology
  • Strategic planning and execution from start to finish
  • Motivated to add value to the organization and partners
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
  • Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Flexible to travel for deals
