FlyQuest is developing a network of collaborative live streaming channels in an effort to provide a stable ecosystem for streamers to grow and create while building communities around niche interests. This network will provide a source of guaranteed income for up-and-coming rising streaming talent, enable the streamers to focus on developing content strategies, and deliver high- quality, live content to our target communities.

The Content Manager will be responsible for curating and developing our streamers’ content schedules, as well as managing a team of graphics designers and YouTube editors to support our talent.

The ideal candidate for this position has spent their career building content properties in multiple interests and communities, nimble and adaptive to the ever-changing landscape of online video content (live and VOD). Each channel will require dedicated live and VOD accounts, as well as social media support and collaboration. The Content Manager will help creators generate content schedules to keep each channel populated with new content, and help guide new creators to find their unique voices.


  • Ideate and produce content strategies with our team of streamers/creators
  • Assemble content schedules for streamers across multiple channels
  • Manage production team in the delivery of highlight clips for channels and streamers
  • Manage graphic design team in creation of channel assets and social graphics packages for channels and streamers
  • Provide the VP Channel Focus Options? for further expansion of channel roster


  • Deep connections to the streaming community with a proven track record in creating and executing successful video content
  • Experience in building and maintaining online communities within Twitch or YouTube, and other social media platforms
  • Excellent project management skills, including experience with content management systems and digital campaign integration
  • Tenacity for trying new types of storytelling and willingness to sometimes take creative risks
  • Startup experience (Preferred)
  • Experience with Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro X/7, Compressor, Audition, and After Effects
