Overview:

FlyQuest is developing a network of collaborative live streaming channels in an effort to provide a stable ecosystem for streamers to grow and create while building communities around niche interests. This network will provide a source of guaranteed income for up-and-coming rising streaming talent, enable the streamers to focus on developing content strategies, and deliver high- quality, live content to our target communities.

The Lead Account Manager will be responsible for scouting and recruiting talented streamers, as well as acting as the main Point of Contact (“POC”) between FlyQuest and the streamers.

Candidates for this position must be highly in-tune with how livestreaming works on most current platforms, and be able to lead a team of AM’s to provide quality service and representation for each streamer. The Lead Account Manager will task the team with finding ways to improve stream quality, promote channels, and develop unique identities for each channel.

The Lead Account Manager will appropriately prioritize and project manage requests from the sales, social, and content departments - making sure deliverables are executed on-time. The key aspect of this position is keeping fluid and clear lines of communication between multiple departments, ensuring that our talented streamers are well-cared for and our staff can enable them to succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and sign streamers
  • Manage onboarding and development process for streamers, holding stakeholder meetings along the way with internal departments
  • Provide scouting reports on upcoming and available talent
  • Manage talent logistics and scheduling
  • Direct flow of information from company to streamers
  • Manage team of AM’s to fluid communication with our streamers and partners
  • Manage budgets per channel against performance metrics

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in managing relationships with clients, talent, teams, etc.
  • Experience in working with sales departments, executing deliverables and producing inventory lists
  • Knowledge or experience in Live Broadcast Entertainment and Online Streaming Products (Preferred)
