FlyQuest is currently seeking a Marketing Manager to be based in its West LA office. Primary responsibilities include developing strategies and tactics to drive traffic and interaction, implementing marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, and aligning the company around the brand’s direction, choices, and tactics.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze FlyQuest’s brand position in the market and target demographics
  • Take brand ownership and provide the vision, goals, and strategies
  • Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to generate fan interaction
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns (ROI and KPIs)
  • Monitor market trends to identify opportunities and key issues
  • Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure brand consistency
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors
  • Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely
  • Develop a website traffic plan including goals and benchmarks
  • Optimize website and social media channels for SEO and user experience
  • Analyze and interpret key metrics for website traffic and social media channels
  • Track and monitor KPIs to ensure growth goals are consistently achieved
  • Manage all aspects of digital marketing operations, including social media channels and personnel

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a marketing manager or brand manager
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
  • Highly creative with ability to think outside the box
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets
