DESCRIPTION

Fnatic’s Partnerships team has a vision to shape and set the standards for how brands engage in the new world of sports entertainment. As a Business Development Executive, you’ll play a key role in achieving this vision and connecting new partners to the growing international esports audience. Your creativity and approach will help excite brands about the potential of Fnatic partner marketing campaigns through sponsorship, social activations, events, branded content and more. As you gain experience, there will be the opportunity to further build your own pipeline and take on bigger deals.

Your mission is to:

  • Research brands on hitlist, analyse market trends for new opportunities, and input data to CRM
  • Manage your own pipeline and partners, taking on bigger deals with further experience
  • Balance achievement of individual and contribution to team KPI’s, monitoring progress via CRM tool
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure best chance of pitch success
  • Understand the Fnatic value proposition and positioning, and act as a brand ambassador at all times
  • Provide weekly reports on key tasks, KPI’s, pipeline, as well as potential obstacles you might be encountering
  • Generate leads through targeted outreach to global tier 1 brands
  • Ideate and construct creative pitches to deliver new partners in a greenfield industry
  • Support across Partnerships team tasks, including but not limited to deck creation, campaign brainstorming, analysis and negotiation support

REQUIREMENTS

We’re looking for:

  • A hunter mindset with an obsession for hitting targets and growing Fnatic
  • Understanding of digital media, marketing, sponsorship
  • Knowledge of the esports/gaming landscape desirable (but not essential)
  • Degree educated, ideally in business/marketing/advertising/sport
  • Focus on over-achieving your goals
  • Honesty in evaluating how you can improve constantly
  • Commercial mindset and ability to think strategically on how brands can engage with audiences
  • Strong analytic skills and Excel ability
  • An eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
  • An expert Powerpoint/Keynote user, with Adobe suite skills desirable
  • A confident personality and natural rapport with people
  • Creativity and ability to participate in ideation
  • Flexibility and desire to contribute to numerous facets of the business
