DESCRIPTION

A leading global esports brand, Fnatic also has a growing direct to consumer product company for the next generation of sports. Offerings include Fnatic Gear, launched in November 2015 to become the ‘No BS, esports grade’ gaming peripheral brand; as well as a growing lifestyle apparel and merchandise business.

As the Product Manager leading Fnatic’s direct-to-consumer offering, you will own our customer experience from landing page through to checkout, and will take the lead on designing, implementing and monitoring our Ecommerce strategy. You’ll be a senior figure within our broader Product function, working closely with development, Logistics/SCM, Customer Service and Marketing to ensure product revenue goals are hit and the shop experience is best-in-class for Fnatic customers.

Your mission is to:

  • Own the Direct to Consumer experience at fnatic.com
  • Champion ideas and work efficiently to bring them to life
  • Instil a data-driven approach to decision making, leading on feature and A/B testing and associated analysis
  • Shape and define the customer journey across the complete funnel to conversion, including working with marketing, growth and content teams to test and refine lead generation
  • Build roadmaps, prioritise features, and work directly with designers and developers to deliver them
  • Explore and market map useful customer-focused or internal tools, test their effectiveness and implement where suitable
  • Work closely with Logistics/SCM and Customer Service operations to provide insights, and proactively streamline processes to improve sales performance
  • Establish and manage KPIs in tandem with the performance marketing function
  • Oversee CRM programme, developing loyalty offering and optimising email campaigns
  • Lead segmentation of existing database, and generate insights to assist in the development of customised contact strategies for each segment
  • Contribute to the planning and introduction of new product lines, based on the analysis of the overall product portfolio

REQUIREMENTS

We’re looking for:

  • Extensive background in consumer Ecommerce site management
  • Solid understanding of Ecommerce platforms and infrastructure; and specifically the Shopify and Amazon ecosystems
  • Ability to be both hands-on and strategic, with a strong commercial sense and ability to prioritise highest impact initiatives
  • Deep understanding of Ecommerce performance metrics used and associated testing, analysis and reporting tools
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Broad understanding of digital marketing and CRM
  • Technical know-how and comfort briefing developers
  • A natural communicator, able to articulate concepts clearly and influence others
  • A leader who can set objectives and manage growth of the broader Ecommerce function
  • Proactivity and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Degree qualification in Marketing or other quantitative field such as economics/statistics
  • Experience in hardware/peripherals, apparel or esports industries desirable (but not essential)

BENEFITS

What we have to offer:

  • Work for the largest and most recognisable brand in one of the most exciting and fastest growing industries
  • The chance to learn from an ambitious and super creative team, and enjoy the buzz of our fast-paced business
  • Award winning office in the heart of Shoreditch in London, with 8 other locations around the world
  • A full stack of tech and gear to perform at the office, in game and just to make you happy!
  • Friends and Family discounts on our products
