We’re looking for a creative and driven Marketing Campaign Manager at Fnatic for a period of maternity cover to drive sales of our esports equipment, apparel and merchandise product ranges through innovative and attention grabbing marketing campaigns. You’ll work in a strategic capacity within the Marketing team, owning a growing Marketing budget, and collaborate closely with Content and Product colleagues to engage existing customers, attract new ones, and launch new flagship products; while furthering our company mission of being the first lifestyle brand to emerge from esports.

Your mission is to:

  • Propose, setup and execute creative marketing campaigns to increase brand and product awareness and increase sales
  • Manage campaign calendars and budgets, setting and achieving ROI targets for each campaign
  • Create communication plan, briefing Creative and Content teams accordingly for the creation of campaign assets (photography, video, graphic design, copy)
  • Work closely with Product colleagues (both esports equipment and Apparel & Merchandise) to devise impactful go-to-market strategies and launch plans achieving business goals
  • Set up and execute channel marketing campaigns with the sales team for selected resellers and retailers, and ensure all marketing collateral is delivered as required
  • Oversee the development of new sections of the website
  • Work closely with Marketing colleagues in Performance and CRM to deliver tactical campaigns and promotions
  • Build knowledge of global markets to localise campaign approach across, Europe, Asia and USA
  • Monitor performance, reporting on campaign effectiveness and KPIs
  • Work with Brand Director to drive our brand position, tone and messaging through all campaigns
  • Review past campaign performance, sector behaviours, seasonality, industry trends, and competitor activity to continually optimise campaigns
  • Contribute to the development of the broader PR and social media marketing strategy


We’re looking for:

  • Demonstrable experience of delivering successful integrated marketing campaigns achieving strategic goals, ideally within a direct-to-consumer environment
  • Understanding of gaming peripherals or apparel/fashion markets desirable
  • Proven ability to plan and organise cross-channel campaigns
  • Deep understanding of campaign lifecycle and brand messaging
  • Strong knowledge of success metrics and the means of gathering them
  • Collaborative approach and ability to get the best out of others
  • An eye for design and ability to give great briefs to creatives
  • Proactive, reliable and able to deliver to tight deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English, other languages desirable
