We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Influencer and Player relations manager for a new game in Brazil. The ideal candidate must be experienced in engaging with key personalities in Brazil from a variety of platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Twitch, Instagram etc).

Responsibilities

  • Establish metrics for growing, engaging influencers' audience; regularly monitor & analyze on results to make adjustments plans accordingly.
  • Selected meaningful sponsored influencers with insightful analysis, pitch them right with the reasonable package.
  • Work with other members of the publishing team, and the development team, to define influencer plans
  • Collaborate with different marketing stakeholders (community, esports) to build up a comprehensive marketing plan
  • Identify, build, and maintain relationships with key influencers and power users, and track the impact of that interaction
  • Keep key and top-tier influencers informed about the latest news on upcoming feature/product launches, major content updates, and event beats
  • Prepare and manage talent during live-streams to ensure the highest-quality broadcast
  • Represent Garena in Influencers and Community events and also help Garena to hold off-line gatherings to strengthen our bond with them
  • Manage content schedule and provide content suggestions to the influencers

Requirements

  • Great written and verbal communication skills, able to maintain a strong relationship with influencers
  • Sensitive to numbers
  • Understand influencers’ needs at different game stages
  • Has established a book of influencers in Brazil
  • Passion for gaming and relationship building
  • 3+ years’ experience working in talent/influencer management, and partner/program management
  • Deep understanding of digital, social, and media industry and an ability to spot and understand digital media trends
  • Proven track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, strong attention to detail, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with content creator space in Brazil (Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitch, Non-olive etc)
  • Ability to organize and drive influencers activities tied up with the marketing manager.
  • Understanding of mobile games, free-to-play, or live-service operations is a major plus
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize workload
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced, start-up environment and collaborating with international teams
  • Adaptable to changes
  • Native speaker and excellent writing skills in Portuguese
  • Fluent English both written and verbally
