Gfinity Esports Australia are seeking a Production/Project Manager to join our team.

We are a leading provider of esports solutions in Australia including broadcast leagues and tournaments. The Gfinity Elite Series was launched in 2018 and drew of 9M viewers across digital and FTV.

Primary Purpose

The primary purpose of the role is to manage the successful operations of Gfinity’s Esports tournament creation and productions. This person is responsible for developing new production concepts, executing the Elite Series and managing the production elements for all productions. This includes but is not limited to, stakeholder management, financial forecasting and development of budgets for individual projects.


  • Develop both internal and external proposal documents
  • Develop new broadcast productions for outside of the Elite Series
  • Develop project management, systems and processes for the successful management of all productions
  • Develop budgets for all production projects including gameplay and sponsorship integration
  • Manage the successful implementation of the Gfinity Elite Series in conjunction with Head of Production
  • Coordinate with League Operations on the design and structure of all gameplay productions
  • Investigate all avenues for cost savings on productions and within the team


  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Detailed level of understanding of live television production

  • Experience in esports beneficial but not mandatory
  • Strong communication skills
