Minimum qualifications:

As an eCommerce Manager on the Stadia Global Operations team, you will optimize Stadia and partner business metrics through data. You’ll work cross-functionally across a set of internal stakeholders including Analytics/Business Intelligence, Partner Management, Digital Store Ops, UX Research, UX Design, Finance, and Marketing among others. You will also drive operational implementation and business optimization of UI and eCommerce based on platform data analytics and user behavior. In this role, you will identify opportunities, test placements, work with internal and external partners, and implement solutions to optimize against internal and partner business goals. Working collaboratively across functions, you will establishing great working relationships with peers in the organization while helping to drive recommendations and solutions to build out, operationalize, and scale the business.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Analytics, Business Intelligence, Partner Management, Digital Store Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams to understand goals, identify opportunities, and operationalize solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Manage inbound and outbound workstreams and tests to ensure good partner relations and timely turnaround.
  • Work with Product Management, Digital Store Operations, and other groups to provide input into store, commerce, A/B test, and tools development processes to help improve and scale the business.
  • Manage multiple interdependent projects and work streams.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to keep multiple critical stakeholders informed across disciplines.
