You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. Your projects often span offices, time zones and hemispheres, and it's your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines.

As a Digital Store Operations Programming Manager, you’ll work with a Digital Store Operations team to execute and deliver a high-quality, curated global marketplace for our gaming customers. You’ll also work cross-functionally across a set of internal stakeholders (e.g., Partner Management, Certification, Programming, Product Management, Business Operations) and manage the execution and layout of content in the various digital marketplaces. Working collaboratively across functions, you will establishing great working relationships with peers in the organization while helping to drive recommendations and solutions to build out, operationalize and scale the business. In this role, you will demonstrate a bias towards execution and a desire to build and evolve operational capabilities in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Stadia operational teams to plan and execute regular layout updates to the various global Stadia digital marketplaces.
  • Help define and execute processes and tools to deliver a curated store experience.
  • Handle competing priorities and deliver against schedules and milestones in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate good judgment when considering tradeoffs that affect business metrics and partner relationships.
  • Manage multiple interdependent projects and work streams of moderate complexity and scope.
