About GRID esports:

At GRID esports we are building a data-ecosystem specifically designed for the esports industry. The GRID platform is designed to allow games publishers, teams and leagues to leverage official data assets through both B2B and fan-facing channels and does so through the use of specialized technological approaches to building real-time esports data processing systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee a smooth process of the GRID office through creating, implementing and maintaining policies and procedures as required by local country regulations and internal needs
  • End to end management of office building administration
  • Travel and hotel bookings for senior management and employees visiting the office
  • Team contact regarding daily issues that occurs
  • Create a great office atmosphere - making sure all elements are functioning smoothly
  • Ordering office supplies and team equipment
  • Assist with German translation
  • Meeter and greeter in case of receiving business guest
  • Organize team events, happy hours, etc.
  • Health and safety trainings
  • Arriving before office hours to be sure the office is ready for the day


  • Is a self starter, at GRID we look for an attitude that insures value above all else to our business
  • Takes initiative and has a great positive energy that will set the mood for the GRID environment
  • Is an excellent communicator both internally and externally
  • Has a passion for people and process, at GRID we embrace continuous improvement and encourage employees to contribute here
  • Has an interest in eSports would be beneficial, however a general attitude to learn new practices quickly is even more preferable
  • Is extremely organized and resourceful
  • Is comfortable with time management and prioritization
  • Is content with a typical work day starting from ~7am and ending ~2pm
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
