Illuminate eSports is an international eSports organization, which was started in 2018, and primarily competes in Rainbow Six and CS:GO. At Illuminate, we pride ourselves on making everyone feel like they’re part of the Illuminate family, and our goal is to house the highest caliber teams and streamers with enormous potential.

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to ensure that all human resources (HR) operations are carried on smoothly and effectively at Illuminate eSports!

Responsibilities

  • Consult with management to identify employment needs and preferred qualifications
  • Interview applicants about their experience, education and skills
  • Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions
  • Hire or refer qualified candidates as needed
  • Plan and coordinate the workforce to best use employees' talents
  • Resolve issues between management and employees if the situation arises
  • Participates in executive, management, and company staff meetings as requested

  • 2+ years of experience as HR Director
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.
