Our ideal Partnerships Manager will: Seek out, pursue, and maintain partnerships that benefit the company. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Reaching out to existing and new partners for possible involvement in all upcoming events
  • Idealize creative ways to involve our partners in our events
  • Be comfortable pitching these ideas to partners, taking feedback, adjusting and revisiting
  • Coordinating with the Business Manager to setup, maintain, and deliver on sponsor and partner agreements
  • Work with the Director of Content to find, book, and coordinate with speakers, hosts, and moderators for all Inven Global events and summits
  • Coordinate with the team regarding speakers' needs, specifications, information confirmation. Help create event packets for all talent at events/summits.
  • Attend occasional meetings to increase awareness of the company including but not limited to pitch meetings, networking events, and fundraisers
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of esports partnerships. Have an awareness of creative and innovative partnerships taking place in the industry, and how Inven Global can create the next perfect pairing
  • Work with the whole team on other creative projects including game advertising, tournaments, Focus Group tests, and more
  • Create visual and well-written presentations for both partners and sponsors that require minimal notes from the team before being sent out
  • Work to understand our partners and their brands, and how to best form activations that benefit all entities involved
  • Assist in all other projects that the team needs when necessary
