The role in a nutshell

Be responsible for the growth of the sales team. Work closely alongside the directors. The Sales Lead will be accountable for guiding, supporting and managing the performance of the sales team, ensuring that all sales plans are executed effectively.

You will succeed in the role if you are an energetic, driven leader possessing a “get up and go” attitude. Applicants must have a good understanding of social media and the influencer marketing landscape.


  • Provide sales mentorship and elevate the team’s abilities to manage and close revenue
  • Devise tactics and strategies to maintain close relationships with clients
  • Listen to the needs of the client and share insight/ideas with the wider team
  • Build a strategic approach in identifying sales opportunities and managing clients
  • Be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities
  • Travel might be required
  • Own and shape the sales strategy across the business
  • Identify upcoming trends, upcoming platforms and deliver strategies to sell against this
  • Provide sales training to junior team members
  • Own event strategy, for Kairos to attend and successfully win business against
  • Own inbound vs outbound strategy for business
  • Achieve a 100% increase YOY


  • 3+ years of experience in sales operation
  • Strong operational experience with Salesforce is a must
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in Sales, Business Development or sales support field
