The Business Analyst works closely with senior management to cover a broad range of responsibilities, adds measurable value to support the gaming business division. He/she is responsible for preparing financial updates and reports. Additionally, the position will work in concert with various departments to provide analytical support and streamline process. The position will also assist in driving the performance of the business unit in a broad range of operational and strategic areas. Strong analytical skills as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with peers in all functional areas are essential to the success of this role.

Essential Functions:

  • Prepare monthly financial reporting and regional profitability report. Review key metrics of the monthly reporting to effectively measure financial and operational performance.
  • Conduct round table discussions with BU management group to present the monthly financial results, review strategies, product roadmap, and market highlights. Analyze actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Develop tools and systems to provide critical financial information as well as key performance indicators of the business unit.
  • Prepare profitability report by product line to assist business managers in achieving established business targets.
  • Review and track corporate/regional marketing budget against actual spend.
  • Collaborate with Legal and other groups within the BU to facilitate contract review, perform scenario analysis and feasibility study.
  • Responsible for month end closing related activities.
  • Work with Product Management Support, Engineering and Cost Accounting to set up new part number and BOM structure.
  • Special projects.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 7+ years of progressive business/financial experience in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey analytical results in simplified and actionable reports, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills – ability to organize, plan and develop solutions to complex issues.
  • Familiarity with eSports, consumer audio and gaming industry.
  • Strong presentation and PowerPoint skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office: (i.e. Word and Excel).
  • Ability to conduct solid analysis, make well-informed, objective and evidence-based decisions.
  • Some international and domestic travel may be required.


  • MBA or CPA preferred
  • Cognos, Insight, JDE and Power BI experience a plus
