This Sales Operations Representative position will require one to work in a team environment providing sales support to the Account Manager for national retail/etail customers. Under general supervision, this position will be required to do the following and more: Efficiently communicate via daily calls/email with internal teams and customers; manage daily PO processing; maintain and evaluate customer inventory reports; evaluate and investigate shipping discrepancies; review and administer RMAs; provide new product SKU set ups and perform other related work as required.

Essential Functions:

  • Answer incoming calls and email from customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Responsible to process purchase orders, release back orders, evaluate and process shipping discrepancies, provide delivery status to customers, review and administer RMA’s, administer price change notifications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer and internal organization contacts.
  • Coordinate with Account Managers and Business Unit teams to ensure customer inventory levels will meet current market demand trends, seasonal promotion calendars, and market conditions.
  • Initiate improvements and ensure customer accounts are operating efficiently while working with the Account Manager and Production Departments.
  • Act as liaison between customers and internal departments in planning, coordinating and managing customer programs along with the Account Manager.



  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to details, excellent organization and problem solving skills.
  • Sales support or operations experience with major retail and etailers such as Amazon a plus.
  • Familiarity with eSports, consumer audio and gaming industry
  • Understanding of basic sales principles, concepts, methods and practices
  • Understanding of shipping and inventory management
  • Team player, self-motivated and self-starter with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Must have the ability to successfully manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast paced working environment.
  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project; JD Edwards experience is helpful
