  • Organizing the office layout and ordering stationery and office equipment;
  • Keeping the office in good condition and arranging necessary repairs;
  • Managing contract and price negotiations with office vendors, and service providers;
  • Front-desk duties - taking care of visitors in the Warsaw office with the best guest experience in mind;
  • Supporting in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences (for Kinguiners and/or external guests) at the office or in the Esports Performance Center;
  • Addressing employees’ queries regarding office management;
  • Performing other duties/projects as assigned.

Required skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Multitasking and strong attention to detail;
  • Experience in at least one of the following areas: maintaining offices, organizing internal/external events;
  • The capacity to prioritize tasks and work under pressure;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Polish – it's a must;
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and software;
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads;
  • Driving license (B) - it’s a must;
  • Availability for business travels.
