This junior level position will require past experience working in the mobile esports industry, or equal experience with a franchised esports team.This is a paid (full time) position, operation of franchised esports teams will be a regular duty for you to uphold. The Mobile Esports Manager will report to the Chief Gaming Officer and will work with a variety of game developers and tournament organizers for developing & franchised esports tournaments/leagues.


  • Communicate with all of our mobile esports players on a daily basis
  • Frequently report to CGO with updates on Misfits Gaming Mobile players.
  • Keep up to date schedules/calendars of our major events throughout the year
  • Work with our social media team to find the best / innovative ways to promote mobile esports on our channels
  • Continue studying the mobile esports industry for new rising titles and potential franchise opportunities
  • Be an effective point of contact between Misfits Gaming and our franchise partners
  • Travel to different tournaments, conventions, etc. as required
  • Ensure all mobile specific sponsorship requirements are being met / exceeded
  • Uphold the family culture we have created at Misfits Gaming
  • Create community events / initiatives to help grow our recognition across mobile esports
  • Scout potential talent / teams to improve our existing and future mobile esports rosters. Currently we are involved in: Fortnite Mobile, PUBG Mobile, and Clash Royale.


  • Native level proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Proficient understanding of Google Drive and the other Google Applications, as well as other tools such as Trello, Slack, Basecamp, etc.
  • Extensive knowledge / experience with: Fortnite Mobile, Clash Royale, and PUBG Mobile
  • Must be able to manage and keep up to date with our current mobile players, and future hires
  • Strong understanding of the company culture and vision
  • Minimum 21 years old


  • Strong understanding / experience with the mobile esports industry
  • 2+ years experience managing a franchised esports team
  • Familiar with global esports scenes (EU, LATAM, CN, SEA, etc.)
  • US Visa/ Passport ready
  • Past experience managing a mobile esports team for a tier 1 organization
  • Experience working with game developers such as Tencent, Supercell, King, etc.
