What we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced client success manager with a passion for games and digitalmedia to join our client success team in downtown San Francisco. Excellent service is a crucial part of our DNA, so as our new Client Success Manager, you are responsible for your own portfolio of customers and provide direct support using Newzoo’s full range of data solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring successful customer product adoption, delivering actionable findings in client decks and presentations, building and maintaining high-profile customer relationships, and for creating a culture of customer success at Newzoo. The ideal CSM is an energetic customer-facing professional with proven expertise in market research/consultancy who can turn data insights into proactive actions that make a profound impact on our customers’ success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding and engaging the customers to increase adoption and retention;
  • Conducting proactive analyses and delivering strategic insights in a visually appealing manner;
  • Identifying clients’ top priorities and research needs and matching with Newzoo’s market intelligence;
  • Conduct regular customer reviews to identify areas of strength and areas of improvements;
  • Liaise with other departments to share client feedback to enhance customer satisfaction;
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with our key accounts;
  • Leverage Newzoo’s market intelligence to support clients using various data sources, including our primary consumer research in 28 countries, tracking data from millions of gamers and more than a billion smartphones, and forecast data from our landmark reports on the games, esports, and mobile markets;
  • Grow customer lifetime value;

Your Profile
You have experience in client-facing and target-driven roles, preferably related to market intelligence or analytics. Equally important is your passion for the markets in which we are experts: games, esports, media, and tech, and the disruptive trends that impact them.

  • 1-3 years’ work experience in a client-facing role such as market research, account management, or customer success;
  • BA degree in Economics, Market Research, Business Administration, or similar;
  • A solid understanding of data analysis and market research methods;
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills in English;
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team;
  • Intellectually curious and creative problem solver;
  • Experience with PowerPoint and Excel;
  • A strong interest in and extensive knowledge of the gaming, esports, digital media, and entertainment industries;
  • Must already be living in the United States, preferably in the San Francisco Bay area;
