We are a full-service esports platform that creates, manages and monetizes white label competitive video game leagues. Our rapidly expanding company is in need of a responsible and organized individual to fill the position of Facilities Manager. Facilities Manager will be responsible for oversight of all building-related activities. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well functioning including the inspection, maintenance and repairs to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal operating results. The successful candidate will oversee the company’s facility operations, manage staff, manage office moves and manage janitorial duties, all while remaining in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.

  • Develop and oversee inventory management process and policies
  • Manage multi-faceted facilities projects across a number of teams
  • Gain buy in and chase down answers from peers and leadership across the enterprise
  • Take ownership and accountability for all aspects of new building projects
  • Monitors facility system performance
  • Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electrical, etc.) and refurbishments
  • Oversee contracted maintenance technicians
  • Monitor utilities consumption and strive to minimize cost
  • Maintain supplies and parts inventories as appropriate
  • Ensure safety compliance (fire, emergency exit, lighting, etc.)
  • Enforce office policies (dog policy, ergo desk request policy, hardware checkout, etc.)
  • Oversee and assist with any construction or buildout at any company locations
  • Establish, track, and adhere to budget and project timelines


  • Passion for video games, interactive media and technology
  • In-depth knowledge of what things cost, who supplies them and how long they take
  • A track record of excelling with little supervision
  • Experience performing and leading in multiple departments in high growth environments
  • The desire for a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
  • 3+ years experience in facilities management position
  • Strong understanding of warehouse control systems
  • Ability to read and understand technical manuals
  • Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Excellent project management skills


Work Schedule: Be prepared to help build something great and work long hours, including occasional evenings and weekends

Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for 8 hours. Must be able to lift 30 lbs.

Amount of Travel Required: Limited

Work Environment: Typical office, travel (trains, planes and autos), studios and on-location environments
